KH Uniform: a WooCommerce store built around how they sell
KH Uniform designed their online store themselves. We engineered everything behind it: the custom logic that controls who sees what, how much they can order, and how they check out.

Custom store logic, not just a theme
The design came from KH Uniform’s own team. Our job was making the store work exactly the way their business does.

Hidden prices and categories until login
Visitors can browse, but prices and selected categories only appear for approved customers once they log in.

Parts of the store are locked behind a password, so private ranges stay private.

Minimum, maximum and step quantities
Order rules per product, so customers order in the right pack sizes and amounts.

Custom checkout and product pages
A checkout form and product page layout tailored to the information KH Uniform needs.

Customer accounts, search and invoices
Member accounts, fast product search, PDF invoices and order exports for the team.

PayNow payments via HitPay
HitPay integrated with WooCommerce so customers can pay by PayNow QR at checkout, with payments confirmed and orders updated automatically.

Custom payment options and logic
Payment methods shown or hidden depending on the customer, the order and the amount, so each customer only sees the options that apply to them.

EasyParcel shipping integration
Live courier rates and label booking through EasyParcel, with custom shipping rules for pack sizes, delivery zones and self-collection.

Appointment booking
Customers can book a fitting or collection slot online, so walk-ins and measurements are scheduled instead of queued.

Custom order receipts
Order confirmation and receipt emails rebuilt around KH Uniform’s own layout and the details their customers actually need.

Loyverse POS as the back end
The online store connected to Loyverse, so products, stock and sales stay in sync between the shop floor and the website.

Security hardening
Limited login attempts, lockouts on repeated failures and a hardened WooCommerce setup, so customer accounts and order data stay protected.
